Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend Focus)

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to lead the development of scalable, distributed systems behind our next-generation analytics platform. You'll help architect and build both backend services and a modern frontend experience, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver powerful, data-driven solutions to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems
   
• Build and maintain a modern analytics web app using React
   
• Develop robust APIs and data services for a large-scale analytics platform
   
• Work with cloud infrastructure, databases, and distributed systems to ensure speed and reliability
   
• Optimize backend and frontend pipelines, services, and logic
   
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and system architecture planning
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years in full stack or backend development roles
   
• 2–3 years of experience with React
   
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go
   
• Solid experience building distributed systems and APIs
   
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or other cloud platforms
   
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, etc.)
   
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
   
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning
   

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)
   
• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures
   
• Experience with big data technologies like Kafka, Airflow, or Apache Spark
   
• Background in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and stream/batch processing
   
• Understanding of performance tuning and monitoring tools
   
• Experience with design systems and UI/UX best practices
