Vice President of Business Systems (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy VP of Business Systems to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide systems—especially Salesforce and related tools. This remote leadership role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive innovation, and ensure technology aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for business systems aligned with organizational objectives.
   
• Lead the implementation and integration of tools like Salesforce, ensuring seamless performance across departments.
   
• Improve efficiency through process automation and system optimization.
   
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Product, and Engineering.
   
• Oversee vendor management, risk mitigation, and change management.
   
• Monitor performance through KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
   
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of systems professionals.
   
• Act as the internal Salesforce champion, optimizing its usage and ROI.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
   
• 15+ years in business systems or enterprise IT leadership.
   
• Deep experience with Salesforce and enterprise tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, Ramp).
   
• Strong knowledge of cloud tech, data analytics, AI, and automation.
   
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendors.
   
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Databricks, etc.
   
• Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments is a plus.
   
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable.
